Uzi Hanuni - CEO
Founder, President of Maxtech Networks Technology Ltd. Uzi has over 21 years of experience in RF wireless communication and embedded system design. He served in I.D.F elite technology unit and was awarded (2000) Israel 's most prestigious award for technological innovation in the defense industries - Israel Defense Award, along with RAFAEL Israel ARM and Development Authority.
Erez Meital VP - R&D
Erez has More then 25 years of experience Management of complex multi-disciplinary development activities and assimilation of new technologies including hardware and software Research, products and systems, Radio Communication, cellular , telephony, software systems, real-time software, signal processing, protocols and algorithms.
Michael Agam – VP Marketing
Prior to joining MaxTech, Michael was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Enter technologies in the IT arena and served as senior analyst at Axonlink Ltd, a spin-off of ECI, a world leading provider of optical network equipment and solutions. Michael is a Deputy Battalion commander (reserves) in an elite unit of the Israeli Air Force. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and an MBA from The College of Management, Israel.
Meir Cohen - VP Business Development
Meir brings over 20 years of diverse business, management and technical experience in the technology space. Prior to joining Maxtech, Meir was Director of Business Development at Intel and at Marvell in its Mobile Wireless Group. Meir co-founded and served as CEO of Combox, a pioneer in broadband communications subsequently acquired by Terayon. He was also co-founder and president of Matisse Networks, Inc. which developed innovative optical network technology solutions.
Meir served in an IDF elite technology unit and was a recipient of the prestigious Israel Defense Award. Meir holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Technion Institute in Israel.
Koby Ganini – Director of Sales
Prior to joining Maxtech Networks, Koby worked for 10 years in senior sales positions at Ceragon Networks. As Director of Sales and Marketing for Eastern and Southern Europe, and prior to that for the APAC region, he was responsible for establishing regional sales initiatives and activities which led to an impressive expansion and high growth of sales revenue. Before Ceragon, Kobi served as Marketing Manager in the optical division of ECI Telecom. Koby holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Herriot Watt University.
Michal Rosenberg, CFO
Michal brings rich experience in corporate finance, operations and administration as gained through 20 years in various corporate management positions. Prior to MaxTech, she served as VP Subsidiaries Business Development at Harel Finance Ltd, which manages assets of about NIS16 billion. Michal was a founding member and VP Finance of RealTimeImage Ltd, playing a major role in all corporate and financial aspects including M&A activities that led to the company's Graphic Arts business unit sale to Kodak Polychrome Graphics and sale of the Medical business unit to IDX Systems , followed by IDX' merger with GE. Michal is a certified CPA, holding a B.A in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University.
